Kitchen and Dining Room

The kitchen and dining room are located on the ground floor of the main mill building and overlook the delightful courtyard where in summer guests can enjoy eating al fresco.

The kitchen is fully equipped for groups of up to 50 people.  For catering purposes there is a large commercial six hot plate electric fan oven/cooker, boiling water on tap, two domestic dishwashers, microwave and a large commercial refrigerator.  Space is also available in our deep freezers.  We provide cutlery, white crockery, serving dishes, saucepans and kitchen utensils.

All water in the kitchen is provided from our own springs.

The Dining Room is adjacent to the kitchen food can be served through a large serving hatch.

Groups hiring Springhead can self-cater or can take advantage of our catered option.  Springhead’s food is freshly cooked and locally sourced where possible.  Organic and vegetarian options are available.  Other dietary requests can be arranged if prior notice is given.
